Generative tools can be misused in ways that harm real people. These rules are not negotiable and are enforced automatically as well as by human review.
Absolutely prohibited
Attempting any of these will refuse the prompt and be recorded. Repeated attempts suspend your account. Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities.
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic, in any style or context. This is the one rule with no grey area and no appeal.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — sexual or nude depictions of a real, identifiable person who has not consented, including "undressing" or face-swapping a real person into sexual content.
- Content that sexualises a real person without their consent.
- Fraudulent documents — forged identity documents, passports, licences, certificates, bank statements, or counterfeit currency.
- Terrorist or violent-extremist content, including recruitment or glorification, and instructions for weapons intended to cause mass harm.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organisation in order to deceive — fake statements, fake endorsements, or synthetic media presented as genuine.
Restricted — allowed with care
- Real people's likenesses. Satire and commentary have a long tradition, but you are responsible for the personality, publicity and defamation laws that apply to you. Do not pass synthetic media off as real.
- Depictions of minors. Ordinary, non-sexual depictions (a child in a park) are fine. Anything that sexualises or endangers a minor is not.
- Violence and gore. Fine for fiction, film and games. Not for glorifying real atrocities or targeting real people.
- Medical, legal and financial subject matter. Outputs are not advice and must not be presented as such.
Also not allowed
- Reselling or reverse-engineering the service, or scraping it with automated clients.
- Circumventing usage limits, credit charges, or prompt screening — including sharing accounts or creating accounts to evade a suspension.
- Deliberately generating content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Uploading media you do not have the right to use.
How this is enforced
- Prompts are screened before dispatch. A prohibited prompt is refused and no credits are spent.
- Refusals are recorded with their category. Three hard refusals within 24 hours suspends the account automatically.
- Our AI providers apply their own filters, so a prompt may also be refused downstream.
- Suspended accounts can appeal to turbomaxai@digimoor.com. We review appeals individually, except for the child-safety category.
