These terms govern your use of TurboMax AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
TurboMax AI lets you generate images, video and audio using third-party AI models. You describe what you want, we send that description to an AI compute provider on your behalf, and we return and store the result for you.
We do not train models ourselves. We are an interface and a billing layer over models operated by others. Model behaviour, quality and availability are outside our control.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority where you live, whichever is higher.
- You must give a working email address and confirm it before you can pay or generate.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private. If you think someone else has accessed your account, use Account → Sign out everywhere immediately and change your password.
- One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
3. Credits and payment
- The service is prepaid. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You buy credits and spend them on generations.
- Credits are a prepaid balance for using this service. They are not currency, they carry no interest, and they cannot be transferred to another account or cashed out except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Prices in credits are shown before you generate. You are charged the credits the generation actually consumed, which may differ slightly from the estimate; the difference is settled to your wallet automatically.
- If a generation fails, is cancelled by you, or times out, the credits are returned to your wallet automatically.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not see or store your card details.
- We may change credit pricing. Changes apply to future purchases and future generations, never retroactively to credits you have already bought.
4. Usage limits
To protect the service and to limit the damage from a compromised account, we apply per-account limits on concurrent jobs and on daily spend and volume. Your current limits are shown on your Account page. Contact support if you need them raised for legitimate use.
5. Your content and your rights
- Your prompts and uploads stay yours. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service: to transmit your prompt to the AI provider, to store the result, and to show it back to you.
- Outputs. As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, to the extent they are capable of being owned. We claim no ownership over them.
- AI outputs may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and may resemble existing works. We make no promise that an output is original, or that using it is lawful in your context. Commercial use is at your own risk and you should take your own advice.
- We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models, and we do not publish them.
6. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Prompts are screened automatically, and prompts in prohibited categories are refused before any credits are spent. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content will suspend your account.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We depend on third parties (AI compute, storage, payments, authentication) and any of them can fail. Where a generation fails for any reason, your credits are returned — that is the remedy.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time from your Account page.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law.
- If we close your account for a breach, unused credits are forfeited. If we close it for any other reason, we will refund the unused balance.
- If you close your own account, any unused credits are forfeited — spend them first.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that: the service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and disputes are subject to those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
